EgyEuro Group is a Cairo-based veterinary pharmaceutical importer and distributor, representing international manufacturers including ANUPCO, DOPHARMA, CEVA, BAYER, CHANELLE, and KRKA across the Egyptian market — covering medicines, feed additives, and vaccine stabilizers for poultry, livestock, and companion animals. We started working with them in 2014. Twelve years later, we’re still their tech partner.
What twelve years looks like
This isn’t a single project written up as a case study. It’s a portfolio that’s grown alongside the company:
- Their website — built originally in 2014, then refreshed across multiple major rebuilds as the business evolved. We’re working on the next revamp now.
- Field-sales mobile app — a native Android app the reps carry to farms, clinics and distributors. It answers the questions that decide a visit before the rep walks in: what this customer owes, what they usually order, what is actually in stock, and what today’s price is. It reads live from EgyEuro’s ERP and inventory, so a rep standing in a barn works from the same numbers as the office — no callback to head office, no stale price list, no promising stock that isn’t there. It is internal software, so there are no screenshots of it on this page.
- Infrastructure and business email — we host and operate the servers behind everything above, plus the company’s email platform.
- Citadel-Pharma — the same scope is now extending to EgyEuro’s sister pharma company. When a client trusts you enough to plug a second business into the same partner, that’s the signal.
Why the partnership stuck
We didn’t win a contract; we earned a relationship — by being available when something breaks at 11 p.m., by remembering the decisions we made together in 2017 when we’re discussing the same surface in 2025, and by saying “this won’t move the needle” when it won’t, instead of building it for the invoice. The result is the kind of low-friction tech partnership where new ideas turn into shipped software fast, because the trust and the context are already there.
