TTPHCC (The Tipping Point Healthcare Communication) is a Jeddah-based joint venture of five healthcare-industry specialists building mobile platforms for medical reps, healthcare professionals, and pharma communications. They needed an engineering partner who could ship medical-grade mobile apps at the same pace as their product ideas — not just an agency that hands off and disappears.
What we built
- VenetoStart, OncoStart, and AdMove — production mobile applications in the medical communications space, each shipped end-to-end: design, Flutter (iOS + Android) builds, backend APIs, CI/CD, and post-launch operations.
- Reusable scaffolding across the portfolio so each new app starts from a known-good architecture instead of a blank page — analytics, error monitoring, secure auth, and release plumbing live in shared modules.
- Bilingual UX patterns (English / Arabic) baked into every app from the first sprint.
The partnership
After shipping the initial apps, TTPHCC promoted us to their ongoing technical partner — the highest engagement tier we offer. That means a dedicated senior squad embedded in their roadmap, continuous development, on-call coverage, and shared decision-making on architecture and product direction. It’s the model we like best: aligned incentives, long horizons, and the kind of trust that only forms after you’ve shipped something hard together.
Specific stack components and quantitative metrics — app adoption, partnership scope — will be added here as TTPHCC and MacawsHub agree what’s public-facing. The shipped app portfolio (VenetoStart, OncoStart, AdMove) and the partnership upgrade are the headline today.
